Percé offers many possibilities for fishing enthusiasts.

Wharf fishing:

If you have your fishing equipment, you can try catching a few mackerel from the different wharves all over the city of Percé. The best time for mackerel is mid-July to mid-August. No permit required.

River fishing:

The rivers located East of the village of Percé (Rivière du Portage, Murphy and Beattie rivers) are good for trout fishing. Provincial fishing permit is required and available at:
