"Sentier des Rivières" or River tail
Open to the public

The River Trail goes from Coin-du-Banc to l’Anse-à-Beaufils, along 28 kilometres of easy to intermediate hiking. This trail divides into several sectors that are clearly indicated. The first sector is the beautiful ‘Rivière du Portage’ with ‘Grosses Roches’ and ‘La Chute’ sites where you may like to rest. After, the trail leads along ‘Ruisseau Blanc’ sector then through ‘Rivière Murphy’ sector until finally reaching Val d’Espoir. Before leaving this village, you could visit its organic farm, ‘Centre d’Interprétation et de Formation Agroécologique’. The last stretch of the trail goes along the Anse-à-Beaufils River with five fun and colourful passenger ropeways. You can finish off your trek visiting the typical harbour of l’Anse-à-Beaufils.
